Every organisation has a duty to comply with Health and Safety statutory regulations and industry specific requierments.  The Health and Safety officer is primarily responsible for compliance but every employee has a duty to uphold and constantly review good practise. Skillsarena offer a number of multiple choice assessments to both test and reinforce knowledge of many aspects of Health and Safety.  These include Accident Prevention, First Aid, Health & Hygiene, Office Safety, Personal Protective Equipment and Safety, Signs and Signals, amongst others.  The majority of these tests have been built in our "Create Your Own" module and as such can be varied or enhanced very quickly and easily.   Because they can be adapted the creation of an assessment can be as industry specific or detailed as the company's unique requirements.The reporting function provides a detailed report which highlights training needs by indicating the response generated to the individual questions.  This will save organisations valuable resources and provide an audit trail for ongoing analysis and vertification of compliance.
