For the past year, Skillsarena has conducted a huge volume of recruitment testing for the NHS, assessing every applicant for an NHS office or clerical role across the UK. The NHS, alongside Skillsarena, has benchmarked test results into levels of which each applicant has to achieve for different positions, to ensure applicants meet the required aptitudes.
