Jason Pierce, Managing Director

Jason has been with Skillsarena since 2003, leading the company into new markets and affirming its place as the UK's most innovative provider of skills testing.

Jason has more than 20 years experience in IT, working on project and programme management, best of breed solutions, systems support and process re-engineering.

Jason prides himself on customer service and always ensures every customer receives the individual attention and devoted account management they both deserve and have come to expect from Skillsarena.

In his spare time, Jason is an active member of Round Table, and pursues his love of skiing, socialising and his dogs.

Sue Salt, Consultant

Sue has been with Skillsarena for a number of years.  Within the Talent Engagement division, Sue is chief consultant in psychometric assessments and profiling.  Her extensive experience and training means she is  fully equipped to aid Skillsarena in continually diversifying its service, support and assessment portfolio.

Her background includes corporate roles across the globe in marketing, legal administration, insurance and human resources management, including two years in Texas.

When not working, Sue enjoys scuba diving with sharks, riding her motorbike and hanging out at the local golf club, allegedly keeping fit.

Carolyn Routs, Technical Development Manager

Carolyn joined Skillsarena in 2007 and is responsible for coordinating technical development and operations. She has recently furthered her extensive professional qualifications in accountancy.

Her experience in commercial administration, call centres, tourism management, accounts and staff training for a variety of successful organisations brings value across a number of areas of the business. Carolyn also coordinates business activities in Europe.

Carolyn's past-times include teaching her children to break dance and recently mastering the impressive art of surfing in the world championship waves of Newquay.

Sam Brown, Training and Development Manager

Sam has been with Skillsarena since 2007, promoting sales training and exhibition management. Sam has an innovative approach to training and marketing, which has transformed the vision of the sales team and enhanced their confidence to ensure they deliver a unique and personalised service to every customer.

She has a breadth of experience, specialising in a range of industries including consumables, vehicle contract hire and leasing, image consultancy and corporate hospitality.

Sam's recuperation time is spent pursuing the next physical challenge in the company of other Round Tablers and holidaying in her family home in southern Spain.

Justin Ward, Senior Sales Consultant

Justin is responsible for new client wins and promoting Skillsarena through building relationships and consultative interaction. He inspires confidence and trust by focusing on the client needs and cost effective solutions.

Justin has extensive experience in IT and computing as well as having undertaken various sales roles for high-profile companies.

Even in his leisure time Justin is fiercely competitive and alongside his hobbies of rugby and squash, he recently added the high flying past-time of kite surfing.

Faye Copsey, Head of Account Management

As one of Skillsarena's dedicated account managers, Faye is responsible for offering advice on the assessments and working alongside clients to develop bespoke solutions that meet their specific needs.

Faye has in-depth experience in the leisure and hospitality sector as well as the commercial world of property management for celebrity homes. These demanding environments have allowed Faye to develop exceptional customer service skills.

Martin Westhorp

Martin is the newest member of the Senior Sales Team and brings with him over 12 years commercial sales experience in high profile organisations, in Europe and beyond.

Martin brings with him specialist knowledge in many global environments, including public sector and pharmaceuticals.  He is meticulous in his approach and enjoys building and maintaining lasting relationships with his extensive network of contacts.

In his spare time, when not amusing his young family, Martin loves being outdoors camping, sailing and snowboarding.
