Champagne corks are popping

Champagne corks are popping at one of the UK’s leading providers of online skills testing, as staff were presented with a top business accolade at the Essex Countywide Business Awards 2009.

Skillsarena, which works with some of the country’s most high-profile corporate organisations from sectors including insurance, call centres, accountancy, recruitment, finance and the public sector, was pronounced a winner in the Business to Business award category.

The award was presented for demonstrating a successful track record of adding value to customers’ business, running an effective customer relationship management process and for excellent staff training that enables Skillsarena to provide first-class customer service.

The awards, which took place at Cliffs Pavilion, Southend, recognise the top-performing businesses from across Essex. Skillsarena’s Managing Director, Jason Pierce, said:
