These suites, designed specifically for those in clerical or legal administration roles, evaluate a candidate's ability to combine the essential ingredients of speed and accuracy in six critical skills; copy typing, audio typing, data / numeric entry, spelling and grammar, filing and IT literacy. In addition, industry specific tests ensure that the candidate has a sound understanding of appropriate terminology.
The audio and speed typing tests monitor the speed in words per minute, the error rate and accuracy percentage, while the data entry and numeric data entry tasks assess the candidate's attention to detail when transferring information. The final assessment determines an individual's ability to locate and select spelling, grammatical and punctuation errors in random samples of text.
